Breaking boundaries is the essence of Adobe Guadalupe
Our premium blends contain 100% grapes from our 60-acre vineyards, which grow under the careful gaze of Ingeniero José Manuel Fernández, one of the most respected grape agronomists in Mexico.
We grow Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Nebbiolo, Tempranillo, Malbec, Grenache, Cinsault, Mourvedre, Syrah and Viognier varieties. Each year, our prolific vines produce about 9,000 cases of wine, which spends its monthslong aging in our cellar’s French oak barrels.
For over 15 years, our winemaker, Daniel Lonnberg, has increasingly contributed to our Archangels taking center stage within the Mexican premium wines scene.
We hope our wines will continue to have people talking (and drinking) for many years to come!

JARDÍN mÁGICO
A soft Sauvignon Blanc.
Our wine is bright and clean, its light straw color bursts with flavor.
With a citrus aroma and tropical fruit notes, our Sauvignon Blanc is easy on the palate and with the precise acidity. It owes its fruit-forwardness to its aging in stainless steel.
URIEL
A lovely Rosé to better your mood on a hot summer day.
A fresh and fruity wine with a mid-body and a rich, balanced acidity that makes it pleasant, clean and inviting.
A delightful structure with an atypical color for a Rosé, dry and darker than usual. It is crispy and not sweet, with a strong influence of red berries and flower aromas.
JARDÍN SECRETO
Un tributo al espíritu mineral del Valle de Guadalupe.
An earthy, creamy full-bodied Tempranillo, Mourvedre, Nebbiolo & Grenache blend has a distinct, slightly salty aftertaste, with a dark berries finish.
Its elegant and delicate tannins and pleasant acidity make this a wine accesible to all palates. It has a nicely balanced nose, is smooth and delicious with hints of oak and spices.
MIGUEL
Delightful expression, lovely to all your senses.
Tempranillo was the first grape we planted in our vineyards in the late 90s. It was in vogue at the time: the perfect black grape variety for the first full-bodied wines of Adobe Guadalupe.
On the palate, it evolves ever so slowly to release multiple notes and textures, product of the blend between Tempranillo and other varietals, like Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot & Grenache.
KERUBIEL
A Châteauneuf-du-Pape with a spicy kick.
Our take on the Syrah, Mourvedre & Grenache blend creates a unique mix of French flair and Mexican style.
Its seductive, ruby red full body is pleasantly dry, with a smooth and subtle tingle. As it ages, it develops a smoky aroma with notes of tobacco, licorice, cloves, leather and vanilla.
SERAFIEL

Our scheme-breaking blend of Cabernet Sauvignon & Syrah is a voluptuous ensemble, fresh and exotic.

GABRIEL
A fabulous Bordeux with clean, clear and purple core.
Our Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot & Malbec blend à la Bordeaux not only delivers grand culinary experiences, but also helps to make sense of life.
With aroma notes of mocha, vanilla, caramel, cherry and raspberry, it has a dry and fruity taste that’s fresh and soft, dark and delicious.
RAFAEL
Among the archangels of Adobe Guadalupe, Rafael is king.
Our Cabernet Sauvignon & Nebbiolo blend is an exquisite tribute to the colorful landscapes, balanced climate and warm people of northern Italy.
Its aroma is bold and upfront: blue, black and red ripe fruits, fig, cinnamon, vanilla and cacao. With a smooth entrance in palate, its medium body delivers an elegant, complex, well-balanced and rich sensation: a velvety aftertaste.
