CANCELLATION POLICY<\/h2>\n

If not able to attend to your reservation, there are\u00a0NO refunds.<\/u><\/strong>\u00a0You can cancel the booking with at least 5 days of anticipation at no extra charge, and reschedule within 12 months of your booking.\n\nWithout prior cancellation, the reservation and deposit will be lost. The credit is transferrable.\u00a0Credit is only available sunday through thursday.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n

RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICIES FOR CELLAR TASTING<\/h2>\n

All of our experiences are final. No refunds are available.<\/p>\n

Anyone wanting to enter the cellar must pay for the tasting.<\/p>\n

No minors are allowed.<\/p>\n

No pets are allowed.<\/p>\n

We can only have a minimum of (2) two to a maximum of (8) eight people per reservation.<\/p>\n

No food, beverages or smoking allowed in the cellar area.<\/p>\n

No smoking permitted<\/p>\n

There is a 10-minute tolerance limit. If you arrive after that time your tasting will take place at our store.<\/p>\n

We respectfully request at least 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling of your tasting and must be made only by phone or email.<\/p>\n
