CANCELLATION POLICY<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

If not able to attend to your reservation, there are NO refunds.<\/u><\/strong> You can cancel the booking with at least 5 days of anticipation at no extra charge, and reschedule within 12 months of your booking.\n\nWithout prior cancellation, the reservation and deposit will be lost. The credit is transferrable. Credit is only available sunday through thursday.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICIES FOR CELLAR TASTING<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

  • Duraci\u00f3n de la degustaci\u00f3n de 40 \u2013 50 min<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Anyone wanting to enter the cellar must pay for the tasting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • No minors are allowed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • No pets are allowed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • We can only have a minimum of (2) two to a maximum of (8) eight people per reservation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • No food, beverages or smoking allowed in the cellar area.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • No smoking permitted<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • There is a 10-minute tolerance limit. If you arrive after that time your tasting will take place at our store.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • We respectfully request at least 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling of your tasting and must be made only by phone or email.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
